Wanna know something crazy? According to the State Board of Education, next school year the average school day will be increased by 30 minutes. They said they feel as though we aren’t “getting the necessary education in the time allotted”. Which means starting next year, we’ll be leaving at 3:35 instead of 3:05. It was said that a little more time would leave us open for “proper learning opportunities” and a “better understanding of the curriculum shown to us.” This should increase every class by 20 minutes and leave us less time for afterschool activities and sports. In fact, this should cut out a few clubs altogether. Which ones have not been named yet. Do you wanna know something else crazy? This is a joke. Just Kidding!
