Being Homecoming Prince

Walking through the gates of Jeff Cowell Memorial Stadium, the smell of the nearby food truck and concession stand caught the attention of many. Arriving at the game seeing my fellow candidates taking pictures and getting ready, we got to the track and got our sashes. As the underclassmen candidates walked one way and the seniors the other way. Waiting at the 50 yard line on the field was Captain Rodriguez and the PCHS NJROTC sword detailed lined up. As we stepped, Captain moved us through the archway, the swords glistening in the Friday night lights. Reaching the end of the archway candidates were met at the end with Mrs.Potter capturing the moment.
